Breakfast buffet exceeds expectations

The breakfast buffet impressed us, with a variety of options that kept us satisfied each day. We also appreciated the spacious underground parking.

The hotel was clean and stuff were all professional. The king room was spotless and nicely decorated. Thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast. The property was in the heart of the city. It also was close to center. We had a good stay at this hip new venue.

The staff - some of them were kind of rude.

Staff was friendly most of the time, especially during breakfast when we mentioned needing more gluten-free options and they promptly brought in a variety of bread and bagels the next day. While I liked the spacious King Room, the noise issues and some customer service aspects left a lot to be desired.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was super spacious and comfy, with a large bed that felt amazing to sleep in. The views from the high room were a definite perk! Covered parking kept my car safe and out of the elements. I didn't have any issues . Would recommend this place!

Just an ideal choice for a weekend escape in Hamilton with very good value for money. The breakfast options were decent, making mornings pleasant. Arrive early for a better chance at avoiding lines during breakfast rush.
